Family Therapy and Counseling

Start with a conversation.
You do not have to know exactly what you need before reaching out. Schedule a complimentary consultation to ask questions, share what you are looking for, and determine whether GRIT Wellness feels like the right fit.
Good Faith Estimate Notice
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care.
Under the federal No Surprises Act, health care providers must provide individuals who do not have health insurance, or who choose not to use their health insurance, with a written estimate of the expected charges for non-emergency health care items and services.
You may ask GRIT Wellness for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services. You are also entitled to receive an estimate when services are scheduled at least three business days in advance.
Federal timelines generally require the estimate to be provided:
No later than one business day after scheduling when a service is scheduled at least three but fewer than ten business days in advance.
No later than three business days after scheduling when a service is scheduled at least ten business days in advance.
No later than three business days after you request an estimate when a service has not yet been scheduled.
Your Good Faith Estimate will reflect the services reasonably expected based on the information available when the estimate is prepared. Because the course and duration of therapy vary, your estimate may be updated if your needs or treatment recommendations change.
If a provider bills you at least $400 more than the charges listed in your Good Faith Estimate, you may be eligible to use the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process.
Please keep a copy or photograph of your Good Faith Estimate and related bills.
To request a Good Faith Estimate, contact GRIT Wellness before scheduling or at any time during your care.
